User Experience Testing

 

Following the work we undertook with Grand Union Housing Group over the summer, we're delighted to announce that through our continued partnership with TPAS, we've been asked to undertake some further user expereince testing.

 

We will be working with Grand Union's customers to develop a series of user experience tests of their new online portal. This is a great way of levering customer influence into digital design.

We're delighted to have teamed up with the Housing Quality Network to work with Optivo in undertaking a lean review of their service charge processes and customer journey mapping. We'll be undertaking this work on a part time consultancy basis commencing November 2020.

New Complaint Handling Code

 

The Housing Ombudsman's new Complaint Handling Code came into effect on 30th September 2020.

 

We've been working with a number of organisations over the summer period, helping and traing them in how to effectively manage complaints and ensure they meet the new code.

 

We've partnered up with the Housing Quality Network (HQN) to update their 'complaints management toolkit' in light of the changes and requirements of the new code.

Training Offer!

 

We've updated our online training offer and will be delivering virtual training in partnership with the HQN on subjects such as:

  • Complaints Management
  • Customer Services (in a digital world)

Digital Platform Testing

 

We're delighted to announce that we're working with TPAS and Grand Union Housing Group, helping undertake user testig of their new digital platform.

 

This follows our successful work with Havebury Housing Partnership in the development, testing and laaunch of their digital offer.

Availability Update!

 

Due to Covid 19 we were forced to concentrate on keeping our nearest and dearest safe, and undertake home schooling. Having recently completed our assignments, this meant we weren't letting any of our fantastic clients down.

 

However, as the lockdown restrictions are eased, and as we move into the school holiday period, we felt that now was the right time to start promoting our services again.

Best Practice - Customer Contact centre Skills Training!

 

We're delighted to have teamed up with the Housing Quality Network to deliver a series of virtual training programmes.

 

In July we're working wit Onward Homes, providing a series of training sessions for their Customer Service Specialists, who undertake their Customer Contact Centre roles.

 

We're providing a refresher on Customer Experience, alongside best practice around call handling and digital interactions.

Availability Update - Time For Action!

 

At the end of March 2020 we will be completing our current long term assignment. This has included a full lean review of operations, end to end digitisation of services, implementation of new operating model and agile working to meet a co-designed service offer. Happy Birthday To Us!

 

Mid February we'll be celebrating 5 years delivering high quality consultancy services to the housing and associated sectors. 

 

We've had a superb 5 years since setting up, meeting some great people and helping some truely amazing organisations. Most of our work has been supporting the housing sector, but we can't forget our truely special assignment supporting the Humber Bridge Board with the UKs only hybrid tolling project.

The Housing Green Paper of 2018 referred to the possibility of housing league tables linked to future funding regimes.
